The problem
Contractors are the best customers in marketing, and they get treated the worst.
You do skilled work that people genuinely need. You have more demand than most businesses would know what to do with. And yet the marketing industry has decided the way to serve you is to rent you a lead, sell that same lead to three of your competitors, and charge you again next week.
The alternative on offer is an agency at a grand a month producing a PDF you don't read, for work you can't verify, on a twelve month contract.
Neither of those is a system. They're both just a way of charging you rent on work you should own.

We worked out what was broken before we built anything.
Hundreds of conversations with contractors, in a dozen trades, in markets that look nothing like each other. The same handful of problems came up every time, and almost none of them were the ones the marketing industry sells against.
Nobody said they needed a prettier website. They said they'd been on a roof when the phone rang. They said the quote went quiet and they never found out why. They said they'd meant to ask that customer for a review and forgot, again.
So the system is built around those, in that order. Every feature in it traces back to something a contractor actually told us was costing them work.
